This Privacy Policy explains what personal data GP Usinagem de Campo collects when you visit gpusinagemdecampo.com.br or get in touch with us, how that data is used and what your rights are under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13,709/2018).
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the personal data processed on this website is GP Usinagem de Campo e Manutenção Industrial Ltda., Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 31.945.239/0001-68, located at Rua Pedro Biscaro, 161, Centro Empresarial Castelo Branco, Boituva/SP, ZIP code 18552-118, Brazil.
Our Data Protection Officer (Art. 41 of the LGPD) is Nicolas, head of Information Technology, who can be reached at nicolas@gpmanutencao.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data we need to assist you:
- Contact form: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, company (optional), type of request, the message you write and the website language in which the form was sent.
- Direct contact: the data you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone, such as your name, number, and drawings or photos of equipment.
- Browsing data: technical information collected automatically by analytics tools, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time on page and where you came from (for example, an ad or a search).
3. How we use your data
- To reply to your messages and quote requests.
- To prepare commercial proposals and keep in touch about the requested service.
- To measure website traffic and understand which pages are most useful, so we can improve content and performance.
- To measure the results of our Google ad campaigns.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to exercise rights in legal or administrative proceedings.
4. Legal bases
We process your data based on the legal grounds set out in Article 7 of the LGPD:
- Preliminary steps related to a contract, at your request (Art. 7, V), when you ask for a quote or information about our services.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX), to measure traffic, keep the website secure and improve it.
- Consent (Art. 7, I), for Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies, which are only turned on if you accept.
- Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation (Art. 7, II).
5. Cookies and third-party tools
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This website uses the following tools:
- Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google LLC): use cookies to measure visits, understand how the website is used and measure ad conversions.
- Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights (Vercel Inc.): collect aggregated traffic and page performance metrics without using cookies.
- Google Maps: the map embedded on the contact page is loaded by Google and may set its own cookies.
- WhatsApp, Instagram and YouTube: links on the website take you to these platforms, which have their own privacy policies.
6. How to manage cookies
On your first visit, a notice asks whether you accept Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies. They are only turned on if you accept; if you decline, the website works normally without them. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the website footer.
Until you accept, Google may only receive basic signals without cookies or personal identifiers, used for aggregated statistics. The map on the contact page is loaded directly by Google and does not depend on this choice.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, turn off ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and stop Google Analytics from recording your visits with the official add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
7. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. It is only shared when necessary for the purposes above:
- Service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you: hosting (Vercel), email provider, Google (analytics, ads and maps) and Meta (when you contact us via WhatsApp).
- Public authorities, when required by law or court order.
8. International transfers
Some of these providers, such as Vercel, Google and Meta, store or process data outside Brazil, mainly in the United States. These transfers follow the conditions of Article 33 of the LGPD, and the providers adopt protection measures consistent with the law.
9. Where we store data, for how long and how we protect it
Messages sent through the form are delivered to and stored in the company's corporate email account. The website itself does not keep a database with this information.
We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or improper disclosure: the website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the corporate email is password-protected, and access to messages is restricted to the people responsible for customer service, who handle the information confidentially.
There is no fixed retention period: data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, maintain the business relationship or comply with legal obligations. You can ask for deletion at any time, as described in section 11.
10. Your rights
Under Article 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time:
- Confirmation that we process your data and access to it.
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law.
- Portability of your data to another provider.
- Deletion of data processed based on consent and withdrawal of that consent.
- Information about who we share your data with.
- Information about the option of not giving consent and the consequences of refusing.
- Objection to processing carried out without consent, where it does not comply with the law.
11. How to exercise your rights
Send your request to our Data Protection Officer at nicolas@gpmanutencao.com. We may ask for information to confirm your identity before responding, and we reply within the deadlines set by the LGPD. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Our website is intended for companies and industry professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
